Flexible rate structures available

Every organization has different needs and preferences for the structure of engagement fees. Riverglenn Advisors offers three distinct options to choose from:

Retained services agreement - Organizations may secure an agreed upon number of hours/days of service at a guaranteed price. Services are delivered as needed throughout the term of the agreement. Payments are made in equal monthly installments over the course of the contract, usually created in six or twelve month increments.

Project agreement - Projects are completed for an agreed upon rate established at the beginning of the contract. Riverglenn Advisors commits to completion of the project for the agreed upon price regardless of number of hours necessary to produce the final product. Payments are made in monthly installments over the life of the project.

Hourly agreement - Riverglenn Advisors agrees to an hourly rate for the time spent working on the project. An estimated projection of hours to complete the engagement is provided and a “not to exceed” option is also available. Payments are made on a monthly basis for hours of service delivered on the project each month.

Expense reimbursement - Riverglenn Advisors is keenly aware that not-for-profit organizations must be thoughtful in their spending. Every expense related to project work is carefully considered. Customary lodging, meals and transportation expenses are submitted and reimbursed in keeping with industry guidelines, IRS regulations and with the perceptions of the public in mind.
